Could not open this page in Design View. There is a duplicate HTML, HEAD, TITLE, or BODY tag.

There is a duplicate tag in the HTML markup for this page that does not permit the page to open in Design view.

To correct this error

1. Open the page in HTML view.
2. Find and remove the duplicate tag or tags.
3. Save the page.

   You can then continue to edit the page in either HTML view or Design view.
